Jon Howaniec serves as Human Resources Director for Clark Dietz, Inc. a consulting engineering firm with offices in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. Jon oversees the human resource function for the company. He provides leadership and guidance in the areas of talent acquisition, staff development and compensation. He also serves as the plan administrator for the company’s 401(k) and ESOP plans. Jon has been actively involved in the development and implementation of the firm’s strategic plan.
